Seeking support in good 8-5 work day habits

Hi! I am a 30 year old woman who works pretty average ~8am-5pm hours M-F with 1-2 work trips a month. I'm looking to connect with other professionals who want to support each other in eating healthier during the work day and while on the road, and fitting exercise in and around their work schedules.
I've been on MFP for awhile and had some success last year, but I have definitely not done well since the summer started. Eating-wise, I do okay during breakfast and decently at dinner, but lunch I tend to not plan ahead, eat out, and spend too much money, or I skimp and overdo it on less than ideal snacks. My weakness is definitely on the sweet side. Goal - plan and pack healthy, filling lunches.
Exercise-wise, I just started training for my second half marathon (October 13) and try to do yoga 1-2 times a week. Many people in my workplace exercise during the day, but I struggle with the idea of a 30-45 minute workout plus at least 20 minutes to get back to "work" mode (shower, etc). Mornings are hard, but I love when I can get my tush out of bed to do it. Evenings are harder due to lost motivation and social outings at the end of the day. I'm privileged to live in an area with good weather, so I shouldn't have such a hard time getting out there!
Would love to connect with anyone who has similar struggles and interests for support and idea sharing. Feel free to message me or connect. Thanks!
