Mich I think you just need a HIIT (High intensity interval training)program that will work both the cardio and toning for muscles. Going to send you a link to check out.

that does not sound too good at all, this is a recipe as you stated to put yoru body in starvation and will store all the fat frmo what you eat. my personal opinion is a hell no!!!

def follow Shaun T instructions and caloric guide. i complete p90, p90x, insanity and now doing les milles combat. you will loose the weight and tone up
