yes i agree i didnt go thur my cutting phase just to lose the all my results. Am trying to do a lean as possible but still be able to make so muscle gains.

Food scales are great and can find them very cheap. GNC has some models for about $10 on sale rite now. But really dont need it. The food scale just takes out the guess work and fine tunes your diet more.

It all depends on what you ate and how much you ate. So if you keep your meal size down to a moderate size and eat light food. The hour window that your giving yourself between your meal should be fine. But your the only one who can really answer the question, because its your body and should only talk the advise you get…
