I just finished my 3rd week of slim in 6 and I'm pleased to say I have lost 5 pounds. I feel fitter and stronger too. I did 2 weeks of start it up, then 1 week ramp it up. I plan to do another week of ramp it up then 2 weeks of burn it up. Then....I'm not sure, I also have zumba DVDs and 30 day shred..

I always plan for the week, so I know what to buy when I shop. I like to cook in bulk and freeze. I'm also a big fan of using the slow cooker. Other than that I stick to chicken or fish and fresh vegetables or salad with either potatoes, rice, pasta or cous cous and just have a variety that way. Then the home made frozen…

I've been using Splenda in tea for nearly 40 years. I only have sugar in the house for visitors. Don't even like the taste of sugar now. Obviously I eat foods with natural sugars. I tend to use honey if I want to sweeten something.

Just started week 3 of slim in 6 today. Hard work but really enjoying it. Have been away from this site for a while and unfortunately I have put loads on. I am determined slim in 6 and calorie counting will help me get back to a good size and shape. :-)

I was wondering how others are fitting the exercise in to their day. I have no problem with the food challenges, I never add salt or sugar, always eat plenty of veg and try to choose healthy snacks, I cook most meals from scratch, so food wise I'm sorted, just need to sort out the exercise. I agree, but I went to the doctor for a health check and was told I am obese and putting my heart at risk, my goal weight is 140 pounds :-) everyone says I am not fat, but I walk around trying to hold myself in all the time...

I think you are on the right track now. I was eating 1200 cals for 5 days on the sixth I felt so listless I stuffed a load of chocolate, it didn't help though, I then went on the scooby calculator and upped my calories to 1460 nd am just starting again now today with a new goal. Good luck with your wight loss :-)
