What is your "ideal" weight?

I'm 5'4" and currently 125, and quite satisfied with it. I was as low as 120 last year but my face was too gaunt looking and my chest and butt were book-flat... not a good look, lol.0

I'm 5'5, I want to be back at 140. Before I gained weight, that's what I was, in great shape and a size 6.0
-
5'4", at this age would be happy with 140lb.0
-
I'm 5'4.75 and 125.6 lbs. I'm not happy. I'm not sure how much lower I'll go, but I need to 're-shape' my body badly, lose BF% and build sum muscle.0

At 5'8'' my initial goal is 160 since that's the top of the "Healthy" BMI range. But I honestly can't remember being less than 180 (age 15) so I don't know what it will feel like.
I definitely want to do it healthy and safe and increase muscle/decrease fat.0 -
5'4" and would like to be down to 150, but my first goal is 160.0

I am 5'8" and currently 151lbs. I thought my ideal weight would be 145, but since starting a weight training routine (with the help of a fellow MFPer) I think I am happy where I am at. I am learning it is not about the number on the scale, but how I feel about the way I look and about how I actually feel...0

I'm 5'6" and my ideal weight is, precisely, 136. I weighed that at my most confident period where I felt the least fat but still had curves, and I like the clothes I could wear back then. My goal is 140 because one, it's a totally healthy weight for my height, and two, I don't think my ladies will shrink to where they were back then and I have had a kid so I expect to keep a couple around the hips. But if I could have that body back I'd never call myself fat again!0

I am 5'10" and set my goal for 150 but I am starting to think that might be too thin for my frame. If my mother is any indication (I am already just a bigger taller version of her, and that's before ever having had kids, she has an exceptionally wide hipset and large butt after 5 children) then I'm just going to have an exceptionally exaggerated hour glass figure no matter how much weight I lose. Even being overweight, I have a very defined waist, large hips and medium large breasts. I have a larger frame for a woman, so I may need to adjust my goals for around 170-175.0

I'm 5' 2.5" and I think 110-115 would be ideal. I've been as low as 100lbs and that was too low. I've been 120 and that was a tad too high. I'll be happy when my belly is flat or flat-ish and my thighs and butt are toned and tight .0

5'1.5" and getting close to my goal weight of 105. Picked that because its lowest weight in the healthy weight range for my height and I have a small frame. And the biggest reason is the lighter I am the easier it is for me to run0

I'm five feet tall, and I want to weight a hundred and ten pounds so that I can still give blood. Also, my mother weighed a hundred and ten pounds before she had twins (at thirty), and I'm the same height as she is. My hips may have an ever so slightly wider frame from the other side of my family, though.0

5'8 - 70kgs/154lbs.0
-
I'm 6'0 and i'm aiming for around 152lbs which was the weightclass i wrestled in highschool :P0
-
5'2.5" working on 130lbs. Could go lower but I want to work on building some muscle mass too!0
-
Lol. Yeah I know what you mean. I think we do pick the number just because it's something that sounds nice...and is achievable. At 5"6 my ideal weight is 130. I've been close to that before and almost had some ab definition so I think it's a good goal for myself0
-
I'd like to be 140. I'm 5'8. I came up with it because ideal weight calculators say between 125-165 is "normal" for my height. I'd like to be on the lower end! I keep bouncing between 146 and 148 though0

5'0 CW 122 GW 105... I had a baby or else I'd be content were I'm at.. But that's just not how the world works lol I think 105 would suit me well maybe 100 hey if I get there I get there if not I'd still be pretty stoked at 1050

Height - 5'8.5 and my goal weight is 165lbs.
I picked it because it's the top of the healthy weight range for my height and I don't think I would look any good lighter than that.0 -
I'm 5'6 and my ideal weight is 114 pounds or 52kg and an Australian size 80
-
I am 5'3" with a small frame. I used to feel good when I weighed 110 lbs, and reasonably good even at 130. I am hoping to get back to 110 by this time next year. (35 pounds to lose!)0

I'm 5'5 and I would like to be at 125lbs. I was just thinking how I have no idea how I came up with it. It just sounds good
How did you come up with yours?
I'm 5'5 too and when I looked up my BMI it suggested a healthy weight for me would be between 120-150. 125 is just what I'm aiming for but I'd be happy at any weight below 150 to be honest
Also 5'5'' and aiming for 125 lbs0 -
Height - 5'8.5 and my goal weight is 165lbs.
I picked it because it's the top of the healthy weight range for my height and I don't think I would look any good lighter than that.
Same goal for me and the same reason.
I keep thinking I may try for 155 when I get there to get me down one more BMI point as a buffer. Dreams are free lol0 -
My ideal weight I want to be at is 120-124 lbs. I am 5'50
-
I am 5'4" and currently 105 lbs - aiming for 98 lbs because I have gained 7 lbs and want to be back there. It's where I feel best and can function the best.0
-
115 120 130 140 150 All those would be perfect for me I just want to get in my 100's again lol0
-
5'9, goal weight is 176, ideal weight is 154
154 is based on the BMI charts for ideal weight for my height.
176 was based on me thinking that's a good weight, but that's probably the weight I should be once I trim down then put on more muscle.0 -
I'm 5'5" as well, I want to be between 140 - 160 because that sounds healthy to me. Per the BMI chart it says I should be '120 - 140'', but I don' think that's right.
I'm 5'8" and 160 and I'm on here.... You may want to aim lower...0 -
