What is your "ideal" weight?

I am around 5'11" I thought I looked good and got a lot of positive comments when I was 175lb. No one believed that I weighed that much. I am pretty strong for a lady and I have a wider frame, shoulders ribs and hips. I will never be anything but an extra large, but I want to look better in my extra large clothes!0

I'm 58, officially I've shrunk to 5"9.25" and I'm male. I think my ideal weight is 180, fully dressed, but without shoes.0

I'm 5'7" and I am aiming for a goal weight between 150-160.0
-
I'm 5'8" I would like to be about 150-1650
-
I'm 5'9", so maybe 130?
I haven't weighed that much since the 5th grade. (Course back then that was a lot)
130 is VERY thin for 5'9"!!0 -
5"10 @ 180lbs is what I'm shooting for !0
-
I'm 5'5 1/2'' and I want to weigh 120- 145lbs0
-
current goal is 140, but i think my ideal would be 130. im 5'6''0

5'7 at 151 ....size 6 in most things --- shooting for 145 b/c I want to be a 6 in EVERYTHING!!!0
-
Im 5'4..Im think 135-140? I will evaluate when I get there though.0

I'm 5'4" and currently 125, and quite satisfied with it. I was as low as 120 last year but my face was too gaunt looking and my chest and butt were book-flat... not a good look, lol.0

I'm 5'5, I want to be back at 140. Before I gained weight, that's what I was, in great shape and a size 6.0
-
5'4", at this age would be happy with 140lb.0
-
I'm 5'4.75 and 125.6 lbs. I'm not happy. I'm not sure how much lower I'll go, but I need to 're-shape' my body badly, lose BF% and build sum muscle.0

At 5'8'' my initial goal is 160 since that's the top of the "Healthy" BMI range. But I honestly can't remember being less than 180 (age 15) so I don't know what it will feel like.
I definitely want to do it healthy and safe and increase muscle/decrease fat.0 -
5'4" and would like to be down to 150, but my first goal is 160.0

I am 5'8" and currently 151lbs. I thought my ideal weight would be 145, but since starting a weight training routine (with the help of a fellow MFPer) I think I am happy where I am at. I am learning it is not about the number on the scale, but how I feel about the way I look and about how I actually feel...0

I'm 5'6" and my ideal weight is, precisely, 136. I weighed that at my most confident period where I felt the least fat but still had curves, and I like the clothes I could wear back then. My goal is 140 because one, it's a totally healthy weight for my height, and two, I don't think my ladies will shrink to where they were back then and I have had a kid so I expect to keep a couple around the hips. But if I could have that body back I'd never call myself fat again!0

I am 5'10" and set my goal for 150 but I am starting to think that might be too thin for my frame. If my mother is any indication (I am already just a bigger taller version of her, and that's before ever having had kids, she has an exceptionally wide hipset and large butt after 5 children) then I'm just going to have an exceptionally exaggerated hour glass figure no matter how much weight I lose. Even being overweight, I have a very defined waist, large hips and medium large breasts. I have a larger frame for a woman, so I may need to adjust my goals for around 170-175.0

I'm 5' 2.5" and I think 110-115 would be ideal. I've been as low as 100lbs and that was too low. I've been 120 and that was a tad too high. I'll be happy when my belly is flat or flat-ish and my thighs and butt are toned and tight .0
