What is your "ideal" weight?

I'm 4ft 11inches and would love to be anywhere from 100-105 as long as my body fat is around 20%. I got mine checked and it's on the fringe of being unhealthy so I'd love to lose some weight and get it remeasured once I'm at my goal weight.0

It's been so long since I have been thin, I just chose the top number of what is recommended for my height and frame. When I get there and if I feel I should lose more, I will.0

I'm 5'3 and I'd like to be 120. I came up with mine but seeing if I was big boned and then seeing what my BMI was, andI should weigh between 107-127 so I picked 120-115. However after I get to that goal I plan on building up muscle back to 125-130.0

I'm 5'10" and weigh about 195lbs right now. My goal is 150. I don't remember being less than 160, and even then i wanted to drop 10lbs.0 -
my first goal is to get at 200..... then after that my second goal is 185...... i make short goals, so it seems more realistic. after i reach 185.... i would like to be at 170 bc that is in the "healthy bmi" for my height at 5'11...... and that works for me... doing short term goals so i can feel i can reach those marks.... every time.... good luck0

I am 5'4" and I would like to get to 140. At 135 you can count all my ribs with my arms down and at 115 (Got there when I was annorexic), I look really sick! My tummy actually was concave-not a pretty sight!0

116-118 is my ideal weight. I am 5'4" and currently 124lbs (I'm 39 years old ) so I have a ways to go but I'm getting there0

Anywhere in the 120s is fine. Under that and I start to get scrawny (although I'm tempted to initially lose a few pounds below it just so I can say I lost a supermodel-yes, I know, pathetic!), and if I'm over 130 I always have a fat roll or two hanging around.0

I'm 5'4 and would like to get down to 170 lbs. I found that to be a "reasonable" weight. The freakin' BMI calculator says I should be in the 130's. Yeah, right......
I am 5'10" and never, in a million years, thought I would get to what my BMI is supposed to be.
Guess what? I did it. I am 170 as of last Sunday. 4 pounds on the better side of the high end. Plan is to be between 165-170 which should be achieved by tomorrow morning's weigh in.

I'm 5'6 and m ideal weight is 150. I think the last time I weighed close to that was 145, I was still a smoker and that was 2+ years ago. I've tried different sites like MFP with no success and only got to 157. I'm gonna push it a little harder and maybe I'll see the elusive 150 again.0

5'65, ideal weight = 137 lbs w 10% BF. That means I still have to cultivate some 4 lbs of pure muscle.0

My goal weight is 137. That should put me around 17% body fat, which I think will be a good look? But really I'm going by aesthetics.

I am 5-7, all through high school I was super skinny! I weight about 115ish and was made fun of all the time. When I joined the Air Force 15 years ago, I gained a little weight (especially after my daughter). While I was in the prefered weight for my height was 150 however when I look at pictures from those days, I thought I looked like a bobble head. I was happiest at 170, that was my weight in my profile picture. If felt sexy back then!!0

I am around 5'11" I thought I looked good and got a lot of positive comments when I was 175lb. No one believed that I weighed that much. I am pretty strong for a lady and I have a wider frame, shoulders ribs and hips. I will never be anything but an extra large, but I want to look better in my extra large clothes!0

I'm 58, officially I've shrunk to 5"9.25" and I'm male. I think my ideal weight is 180, fully dressed, but without shoes.0
