Osteoporosis - calcium and vitamin D
Wondering if anybody could help. Recently been diagnosed with osteoporosis I am taking medication that is supposed to help but I wanted to improve my diet and up my intake of calcium and vitamin D. I am finding it difficult to work out how to monitor this using MFP does anybody know what I need to do or have any advice…

Logging slim in 6 on MFP
How do others log slim in 6 workouts on MFP. I was wondering if anyone had broken down the exercises and calculated it that way. I logged start it up as aerobics low impact and now ramp it up as aerobics general, but don't feel that is right.:flowerforyou:

Daily calories
I only signed up 4 days ago and my daily calorie allowance is 1200, that seems rather low, is that a default setting or did I miss something somewhere to get that calculated, I have entered my height weight age sex lifestyle etc. since playing around on the site i have noticed i can alter the amount? I have felt ok on 1200…

Has anyone else been looking at this? Got an email inviting me to look at it, but I must be thick cause it seems so complicated, I don't nderstand half of it...it's now making me worried thatim doingitball wrong :-(. I don't want to go the wrong way as I only just started.
