The Clean Eating cookbook (Costco has it) has a lot of easy recipes and most are under the 3-400 calorie mark. They have nutritional info and I have made quite a few. Uses ingred like quinoa and goat cheese so is for the more adventurous but healthy eating for sure.

I have a small dog and when he was a pup I just picked him up and carried him. Stops the continual sniffing and he still enjoyed the outings. Put him in a shoulder bag etc, ow potty training gave me a nervous breakdown and took forever so I have no suggestions!

You are likely building muscle as well, If you are stuffed I would not be eating more. In my case unless I go to bed hungary, no matter whether I ate my goal or not, I don't show a loss.
