It could also be that your current weight is as low as your body will tolerate. Isn't being 120 at 5'7'' a bit too skinny? Not being insulting...but I'm 5'4'' and it says the lowest I can go at a healthy weight is 130. Just an observation...

You may have to just get the nutrition facts from McDonalds (they have them inside the restaurant, they MIGHT hand you a copy through the drive thru) and then what you can do is enter it as a new recipe/food so you have the right counts. Who knows...maybe McDonald's lied. NOO!! LOL Good luck,

With all the weight you lose, you should tell your DR. so he/she can adjust your dosage, or take you off. 120/63 is good. I don't know how far BP meds take your numbers down, but you want to be sure to tell your DR about your weight loss so the meds don't take you TOO low.

Yeah, once a week is good. Be sure to weigh yourself in the morning so you don't have that afternoon water weight throwing off the count. I do it on Saturday mornings so I'm not rushed and update everything.

Snickers (and ANYTHING chocolate!!!)
