  • Starting over again too. Lost 50 lbs about 2 years ago on MFP. Same as above poster, thought I had this, stopped keeping track of what I was eating on a daily basis. Seemed OK for the first few months and I maintained the lose, but all of a sudden it seemed like no time I gained it all back and now starting over.
  • Hi, I have 115 to lose and need could use support. This is my 2nd time using the program. First time was 2 years ago. I had lost 50 lbs but I have gained it back. :(

  • I can relate. I have 70 lbs to go but, have lost 32 lbs on MFP so far so I know for me it's a great tool. I too need support and motivation on this journey. I will add you.
  • Hello! I've been away too. Started MFP in 5/13 and did a great job tracking everything and updating MFP daily. When October got here we had vacation, daughters wedding and the holidays and I blew it! Tried to watch what I ate but, didn't record things like I should have and gained 13 lbs of the 45 lbs I had lost back! But,…
