Starting over again too. Lost 50 lbs about 2 years ago on MFP. Same as above poster, thought I had this, stopped keeping track of what I was eating on a daily basis. Seemed OK for the first few months and I maintained the lose, but all of a sudden it seemed like no time I gained it all back and now starting over.

Hi, I have 115 to lose and need could use support. This is my 2nd time using the program. First time was 2 years ago. I had lost 50 lbs but I have gained it back. :(

Hi, I had 102 to lose and had lost 45 lbs but, stopped logging in MFP and gained 13 back so I have 70 still to go. I am back to logging and keeping tracking of everything. It really does make a different. Good luck everyone!

Welcome back! I thought the same thing....stopped logging in October and as of today I have gained 13 of my 45 lbs back. Back to tracking everything. Good luck. :smile:

Welcome back! I felt the same way when I started...had 102 to lose but, I changed my outlook on it and instead of thinking that I had 102 lbs to lose I aimed for 10 lb goals. It was very motivating for me when I hit the 10 lb mark and got the alert on MFP asking if I wanted to lower my calorie intake since I lost 10 lbs. I…

Great job on deciding to return! I started with MFP, lost 45 lbs but stopped logging in / tracking my food & exercise and gained 13 lbs back in 3 months. I am returning again and realize how important keeping track of things are and that I need to hold MYSELF accountable.

I can relate. I have 70 lbs to go but, have lost 32 lbs on MFP so far so I know for me it's a great tool. I too need support and motivation on this journey. I will add you.

Hello! I've been away too. Started MFP in 5/13 and did a great job tracking everything and updating MFP daily. When October got here we had vacation, daughters wedding and the holidays and I blew it!
