Last year about this time I joined MFP and by April I had lost a little more than thirty pounds. In May I went from a fairly active job to a really sedentary job sitting at a desk most of the day in a lab. Long story short, I've gained back all the weight I worked so hard to lose last year! One of the biggest reasons is that I quit logging on MFP. I thought I had it all figured out. WRONG!! Hard lesson learned. I need the accountability, so I'm back.

Same! MFP helped me get really close to my goal weight and once I've stopped, I pretty much gained all of it back!0

Welcome back! I thought the same thing....stopped logging in October and as of today I have gained 13 of my 45 lbs back. Back to tracking everything. Good luck.0
