i think the opportunity to spend a vacation with your family should outweigh your fear of gaining weight on a cruise. I have never been on one, but i have heard there are lots of activities to choose from. So, if you overeat, engage in more exercise/activity.

I hate to brag, but I still fit into the earrings I wore in high school. LOL Seriously though, I have a pair of size 6 jeans that I would love to fit back in to. I WILL fit back into those jeans!

Another mile on the elliptical today. Hoping spring comes soon so I can get outside for my miles. I hate my elliptical. It is a dinosaur and it feels like a lot more work than just jogging.

Just one mile today. I think my elliptical machine lies. I went thirty minutes and it said I only went 1.2 miles. Yet when I went for a walk/jog the other day, I went 24 minutes and more than two miles and I worked much harder today.

Went for a two mile walk/jog yesterday and today. Slowly working up to three miles. I don't know how all you runners do it and for such long distances! Though I can see how once you get good at it, it would be addicting. Right now for me - its a lot of work and I am not even running the entire distance.
