Hi, I just turned 54 and would like to lose 60-70 lbs. I'm constantly coming up with new low-calorie meals that taste great! I'm not a big veggie person, so I'm pretty good at disguising them. Add me if you like, more friends=more support!

Have you tried Fiber Gourmet pasta? It's real pasta, 120 cal (2oz uncooked) 20 gm fiber and 7 gm protein.

I like to make hamburger salad. Everything in the bowl (pickles, onions, tomatoes, lettuce, lean hamburger and whatever else you like) and with a little thousand island dressing, it kinda tasts like a Big Mac. Hardly miss the bun!

Fiber gourmet pasta is great! 1 serving has 20gm fiber and 7 gm protein. Only 120 cal.

I found a bowl like that in my kitchen and wondered what it was for. Thanks for reminding me! lol

The fiber gourmet is. It also has 20 gm of fiber and 7 gm of protein per serving. I just add the shirataki noodles to make more. Mixed with a little spaghetti sauce it's better.

Hi, I'm Debbie and I live in Spokane. I've been on and off MFP for a few years, back on now!

Yup, you pretty much have to measure everything, add it up, and then divide it by the number of servings. Good thing though is that once you do that, you can store it in your "meals" or "recipes" and you'll have the info for the next time if you make it the same way. The first time is a little time consuming but handy…

It depends on what kind. If it's something like chocolate chip or oatmeal, try pressing the dough in a sprayed 13X9" pan (about 1/2" thick). Bake at 350 for 25-30 min.

Here's my recipe: Fry 4-5 skinless chicken breasts using 0 calorie pan spray, then shred. Mix 1 can green or red enchilada sauce with 1 can campbells 98% fat free cream of chicken soup. Add about 1/2 cup to the chicken and stir. Roll up in small whole wheat flour tortillas, ( I use Mission...80 cal. ea.) Place in sprayed…

The pasta is great! I only tried the regular, not the flavored. It's pretty pricy though. I first tried it while on Weight Watches since the fiber content is high and that helped with the points, The crackers are ok. I got them on a special deal but I don't think I'd get them again.
