for iPhone users free app the snack app gives you some snack ideas under 50, 100, 200 cals. I usually go for fruits, pb, almonds, yogurt...so many options :)

just do what you normally do and you will be fine,... doesn't really matter if you logged in your calories yesterday or today... your body doesn't reset at midnight, don't worry you will be just fine eat less today/tomorrow, drink a lot of water, work out and everything is going to be ok... good luck!

If you have iPhone, there is a great free app you can use to check calorie values for fast food restaurants. It can be found under Healthcare & Fitness / Top Free / Fast Food Calories... and...don't worry, tomorrow is a new day, drink plenty of water today...you will be fine :)

My original goal was 25th but I moved it to 30th...I got scared last week, wasn't losing any weight,... instead, I was going up and down for about 7 days,...I think I'm ok now...but I'm not sure if I will reach my goal. I read that we tend to burn more calories sleeping in a cold room because body has to burn more calories to create heat (which makes sense )

I was at that phase for about 2 weeks :) I think your body is adjusting to the change, water intake etc. Eat more often, snack, and eventually you will get there... I was so happy the first time I ate all of my 1200 cals. wanted to go over a bot just for fun :) good luck!

:) I know the feeling,... I tell myself you have do it... I listen to the music, 30 min. of exercise is only about 6 - 7 songs :)... you can make a playlist of your favorite 20 songs...sing along remember, hard work will pay off!

hi, water is VERY important...you should drink about 8 (8 oz) glasses ... I never drank water before, was never thirsty ...but I was also constipated all the time.
