GIRL TALK - Weight gain before and during period
O.K...so How much do you gain before/during your period? What to do about it? How do you deal with it? I think I gain anywhere between 1-4lbs /2-3 days before my period. I try not to eat to much but my appetite is HUGE. ..but my energy level is low. Do you exercise while on period? How much? Do you gain or lose your energy?
