O.K...so
How much do you gain before/during your period?
What to do about it?
How do you deal with it?
I think I gain anywhere between 1-4lbs /2-3 days before my period. I try not to eat to much but my appetite is HUGE.
..but my energy level is low.
Do you exercise while on period? How much? Do you gain or lose your energy?

I gain from 2-6 pounds a few days before and definitely have a HUGE appetite! I am a little lower energy for sure, but I do try to stick to my cardio. I skip weight training though, I just end up feeling weak.0

this is fairly normal.
I go from extremely sleepy from one month to cleaning till all hours of the night the next month (High energy).
Working out however will help your period (helps with cramps and what not) and give you more energy to battle the times where you just want to curl up and sleep all the time. At least it does with me.
some of the weight gain might be bloating though so don't get overly stressed. If you are consistent you should be fine.0 -

Thank you! I am dealing with the same issue this week. At my last weigh-in I was 228.5 and before I started I got down to 225.5 mid week and the day I started I weighed myself and 229! It was so depressing to see that not only had I gained instead of going down, but I was now above my last check-in weight! I was so close to losing 10 lbs. too. I'm glad to see that this is normal and I will just try to keep on track with my food and exercise and hopefully I will see it go back down like it should.
I have noticed I have been eating closer to all of my calories these past few days, though, so that worries me. I was ending under by about 300-500 calories and the past few days I've been under by less than 100. :-/ we'll see how it goes...0
