Today I did In The Pocket workout which was fun. The scale isn't going down but I did eat one cookie yesterday, ugh! Otherwise ate on point. Trying to stay positive.

I did Full Out workout, took walk after dinner (even in rain) & 8 minutes of abs workout (tried to do it) I didn't lose weight, which is discouraging, but it is a healthy lifestyle.

The trick with planks is to distract your mind on something else.

I did day 2 of 30 Day Shred. This time I found my weights instead of using soup cans. Push ups are the hardest. Hope everyone else is sticking with it...there is still lots of time today to fit it in.

I did my first level 1 workout, burning calories for sure. Let's see if I drop the pounds.

Hi I did that myself but I just started myfitnesspal and tracking is easier for me than ww and I lost 3 pounds even though I haven't been totally on track. Yea me, I did it! Plus it got me to the gym to do the rest of my work out! Also, I thought I knew how to do calf raises but I learned how to do them better by watching the directions you posted. :smile: Thanks again for the challenge.
