  • Maybe try marks n spencers? i tend to go to town and order my sizes to be delivered to the store, so you can try it on, and if it doesnt fit, you just leave it there :D Thats how i snapped up my sports bra. xx

  • Hi there, I wouldnt worry, i have done so many diets in my time and i can honestly say with every diet ive done the first week saw the biggest loss, the second week is normally a little less than your first loss, and then you should start loosing an average amount of 1-2lbs a week. Well done though :) keep it up ! xx

  • Theres lots of veggie options. Quorn is probably the best i find, especially if you buy the mince or the chicken style pieces because once you add them to a sauce there lovely!
