I loved slim in six in the states but can't get it here, does anyone know anything similar or good? The snow is making it really hard to walk or run, and I can't afford to sign up to the local gym...

Go to fittv.com. Then go to videos. There are some free workouts on this site. Also, you can order slim n 6 on beachbody.com. You may also find some good workouts for a good price on EBAY.

I have done the rosemary conley dvds before, i would say they are good if you want to do managable exercice/aerobics, you need a little bit of space for it.

I swear by Davina mcolls dvd! i cant stand her as a show presenter, and to be honest i cant really stand her in the dvd haha, BUT the exercise is so good, i tend to stick to her kick boxing, i love it because its quite fun! the music is good, it doesnt require much space and its only 30min long! but the workout is so intense you feel like you have achieved something.

I am interested in knowing if the biggest loser dvd is any good. I also heard scary spice and coleen nolan did good dvds? I just love celebrity dvds! i quite like that girl on strickly, natalie cassidy and wouldnt mind getting her dvd because she has a shape like me and i can kind of relate to her more. or perhaps claire richards dvd from steps?

I think my main thing is, it has to be fun and not requiring to much space.

Thanks FabulousFifty - unfortunately the US DVD's won't play on my DVD player in the UK though so unless anyone manufactures Slim in 6 for Region 2 then I'm out of luck. Thanks for the tips though x

Pea - I just did Natalie Cassidy's DVD and didn't really get on too well with it, the music was really pants and I found it mega repetitive (like to the point of annoyance), wouldn't recommend. Will check out the others though, thanks babe x

I live in Ireland so have the same problem but I managed to pick up a region free dvd player in the sales for 40 quid and its great.

I have a good range of TurboJam dvds, the Chaleane Extreme and now 30 Day Shred and Biggest Loser Bootcamp. I don't find Brittish workout dvds to be any good TBH.

I only have the Biggest Loser Bootcamp. It is a mixture of both cardio and strenght training. It has 3 levels and you stay on each level for at least a week. I only recieved it in the post yesterday and stuck it on to have a look straight away thinking this looks really easy... Fast forward to now, and I cant walk properly

The cardio parts are easy to me, push ups and the weights, well I am feeling it now so I will keep at it.

I have no idea what their other workouts are like but judging from the reviews on Amazon, they are pretty good!

ETA: I didn't really notice any music to be honest which isn't a good sign as I usually get into the beat... I do all my workouts in a box room measuring at most 8ft x 4ft so you wouldn't need a lot of space..
