I'm 6ft. & I know what you mean. I just found a website called mybodygallery.com and it helped me find a realistic goal weight range. 200 on someone tall looks like 140 on someone 5'5. Keep going toward your goal, but maybe keep the particular numbers to yourself. Good luck!

You are right, I am actually taking 30% off TDEE, Not BMR. I've confused myself! (I corrected the original post) So now I'm at 1540, still confused about eating back exercise calories. Thanks!

Okay, I want to trust the math, I really do! But which math is it? I'm seeing people on here eat more, eat less, eat back exercise calories, not eat them back. what the heck?
