Hi my name is Sharee and I am addicted to sugar! Almost anything sweet I love!! Skittles and just about any kind of candy...and to make it worst, I have a sit down job... A stressful sit down job, so I eat lots of candy to curb it. Looking for ways to detox and kick this sugar addiction!

My advice to you would be consistant and don't push yourself too hard!! When you crave something really bad...satisfy the craving with just a little of what your craving. Don't deny yourself or you'll binge later. As far as exercise..do what you love! If you love shopping...walk the mall...if you love gaming....get on the…

Yay for dark chocolate!!! I have good reason to eat dark chocolate! What could be better news than that! I'm not a big yogurt fan..although I do try to eat it now and then.

I like that idea too! The weight watchers choc. covered toffees are good too...but I think I'll try the hard candy idea. LOL! Just crossed my mind what an awesome product chocolate flavored gum would be!!! :)

MMMM!!! I'm definitely gonna try that. I did try the 100 cal. packs (striped fudge cookies)...only thing is they are toooo good! I ate the whole box in like 2 days :( Trying to not buy the stuff is so hard...I was talking to my friend last night about it also and she suggested the same thing. I think I just need to suck it…
