Im New!!!

I'm 18 and tired of feeling fat and sick.
i'm ready to feel better. I'm ready to eat right and work out.
I just hope i can stick to it this time.
i've tried a few times to lose weight.
but i always end up falling out of it.
heres to trying again...
any advise would be loved

  • My advice to you would be consistant and don't push yourself too hard!! When you crave something really bad...satisfy the craving with just a little of what your craving. Don't deny yourself or you'll binge later.
    As far as exercise..do what you love! If you love shopping...walk the mall...if you love gaming....get on the Wii :)
    Just keep at it and don't let yourself make excuses to get out of it. Good Luck!!!
