My mom has both a treadmill and elliptical. It all comes down to preference. I know she uses her elliptical more and my dad uses the treadmill more. There seems to be more burn with the elliptical though because you are using your arms and more muscles in your legs.

Completely agree! Especially on the water part. You have to drink as much water as you can during the day and track the sodium and carbs.

Hey. I've been on this site before but had not enough motivation. I'm really ready to be serious about it now. I dont know any personal friends doing this program but could use some support from people I know are doing this.
