I feel like everyday I am going over my Sugar goal. I want to try and stick with the goals for everything every day but I'm having trouble finding foods with low sugar counts. Help! Can anyone give me ideas of foods with low sugar counts? (Snack foods and meals)
Its easy to cook when you have multiple people eating it. But when you are single and your roommate is never there it makes it hard to cook for one and have leftovers for the rest of your life.
