I feel like everyday I am going over my Sugar goal. I want to try and stick with the goals for everything every day but I'm having trouble finding foods with low sugar counts. Help! Can anyone give me ideas of foods with low sugar counts? (Snack foods and meals)

There is no reason to measure sugar. Sugar is a carb. Just measure and stay within your carb targets.0

I would say it depends on what sugars your taking in, if you eating fruit, chances are one piece of fruit is going to make you go over your limit. But those are healthy sugars, now if your getting all your sugars from like a bag of skittles those are "empty carbs" and do nothing for you. I know that I go over on my sugars but I haven't been eating things like cupcakes or frostings, I"ve been getting my sugars from healthy foods like fruits and vegs. So as long as your getting your sugars from those healthy foods I wouldn't worry too much about them, hopefully that makes sense.0
