I've mentioned more than once that I have. Although, I realize not in my original post.

that's what I figured, something like that. thanks, I'll look into that. that's what my cardiology said (he said it looks like I have the heart of an old man who's never exercised once I hit the treadmill, but it looked like healthy BPM off the treadmill) I have always been "passively active" , casual bike rides, hikes,…

You are correct.. "misrepresentation " is a better word. And yes, I have talked to my doctor and had some tests, in short: he says to pay attention and know myself... which is what the HR monitor is for, so I can pay attention and slowdown before it gets too high.

Just did more research . Apparently Fat Burning Zone for heart rate is kind of a myth, not really a big deal where in what zone I am. So, I will just stick to my original plan for HR monitor. .. keep my heart rate from getting too high (as it has a tendency to do then I get dizzy and see spots, etc)

This is how I think of it. I custom set my calories. My TDEE is ~1750. My BMW is about 1350 (but I start feeling bad when I go below 1425) I set my goal at 1550 calories. So if Fitbit says I burned 400 calories over my 1550 limit, I might eat 200. Keeping close to my TDEE number. Just started with this fitbit calorie…

Great logging & awesome bike ride!

My main problem with consistent looking, is that on within 5 pounds, and it's all vanity weight. My weight is probably a healthy normal weight, I just want to get down 5 more pounds where I was last year. When I was actually losing weight because I had gained about 15 pounds, I did log religiously daily. I go back and…

Cardio makes me a lot more hungry than lifting, if I keep up with my protein then lifting doesn't make my hunger too horrible

Not quite the best start for me here, but it will only get better!

Yesterday I took my friend out to dinner. She's recovering from foot surgery, and early get out of the house still.I went Over about 400 calories, just a teensy bit / maintenance. It was really nice to spend some time with my friend. Today I went over about a hundred fifty, still under maintenance. I need to really bring it…

Good idea!

I am slightly jealous of going to the gym kills your appetite! The more I work out and exercise, the more I eat, and it is more than what I workout to burn

Great going! I personally feel that out myself for a couple of days. But I'm back. This group is helping me be more and more accountable

Been logGing but haven't had the time or the memory to post here. Sorryeverybody. Then I got too busy to log the past two days. Apparently round two is going to take three starts for me. I think maybe 14 days logging is my limit Before I need to take a smallbreak
-
Yesterday, my renewed day 1 of round 2, was a good day I recorded everything and drank most of my water goAl.

I like to " officially start" plans & Schedules on Mondays. And not-logging doesn't make me go crazy with foods. I still mentally eat pretty decent for the most part.
