Wow, that was so good! Loved it! 1/2 Chobani Non-fat Peach 1/2 Instant Oatmeal Peaches & Cream 1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk Just mixed in a mug and let it sit overnight. So easy, and delicious!

I'm trying this for the first time tonight. Mixed 1 6 oz. Chobani Non-fat Peach, 1 Instant Oatmeal Peach packet, and 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk. Split into 2 servings. I'll let you know how it is tomorrow. :-)

Wow, that's impressive. And yeah, I've had those. General tsao's chicken combo platters followed by massive quantities of ice cream. So good, and yet so bad.

I usually look/feel bloated for about 2 to 3 days after a binge. And yeah, don't feel bad. Happens a lot to me, too. But it helps me re-focus and push harder to get rid of it.

I feel ya. Went into DD today to get my usual XL hazelnut with skim milk and 1 splenda on the way to the office. Got blindsided by this amazing new Oreo Coolatta they have out now. I fought off the craving, but it looked so good! I'm sure it had even more than 30 grams of sugar.

Bars generally have more calories from sugars and such than protein shakes, but if you're looking to gain weight, I think a mass gaining protein shake with a ton of calories is probably the way to go. At least that's how I'd do it.

I know sodium causes water retention, which can leave you feeling and looking bloated. I watch my intake a bit, but it's definitely not something I stress over.

Definitely feel a combination of guilty and antsy. I hurt my ankle a couple days ago and have been doing my usual 4 mile runs on it anyway. I know I'm making it worse, but I need to keep going for my sanity.

Agreed! I usually run 4-8 miles a day and have been experiencing some serious ankle pain the past couple days, especially this morning. Think I'm taking tomorrow off from the running.

I definitely have this problem far too often, and it includes copious amounts of alcohol. Always regretting it the next day, but it does make me work harder to burn it off.
