  • 9/3/12 Yesterday was my rest day so that's what i did. Today i had a bunch of plank variations in my workout but didn't count them so i did 30sec. High 30sec. Low and 30sec. Per side for a total of 2min. So 4/60

  • Lol i felt like that during the workout but after i was fine....my legs are also my strongest part of body from years of walking. You'll get through it! Just take your time!
