ladies 5'0 what is or was your goal?
I am 5'0...athletic build (strong legs and broad shoulders) i pretty much carry my weight in the middle and boobs. My SW: 217 CW: 195 GW:130 UGW:120. I'm having a hard time picturing myself at my GW/UGW. Anyone start near where i did and reached their goal or close?

I didn't work out yesterday so today i did Core 20/Fire Starter/Stretch 40. I can tell my core is going to be so sore tomorrow! I hope everyone is enjoying their day and getting moving! I'm about to get ready to watch some footbal!!

8/12/12-9/14/12 Weight: 201-195 Bust: 41-40 Waist: 45-43 L thigh:27.5-26 R thigh: 27-26 L arm: 13-13 R arm: 13-13 Hips: 43-43 Total weight 6lbs. 5.5 inches overall....not as much as world have thought but I'm better than i was before!

week 4
Ok, just finished w4d1 it was hard....there were moves from yoga that were hard for me to do because i have to work on flexibility. Idk if it was really hard or if its just me because i didn't feel like doing it lol.

OMG! i just finished week 2 day 1. I did a lot of modifying this time around! Finishing Insanity...what next?

Hello...okay I am trying to understand the calorie goals in mfp. So if my goal is 1340 and I burn 860 through exercise and eat 1310. I am only netting 440 ish does that mean I should eat 800 more cals. To try and reach st least 1200. I don't want to eat too little, but that just seems like a lot to eat! Am I right about…
