i need help!

Hello all! I am in need of done help...i have been working out regularly 6 says a week since about may....started with insanity and moved on to ripped in 30 and now adding c25k in. I willalso be starting turbo fire next week when I'm done ripped in 30. so I'm not a cooker and have been buying premade heads but cannot seem to loose weight or inches. i have my cheat days of course but try to start on track. I do however always tend to go over my sugar and protein. I'm not sure if this is why i haven't been able to see a change. Does anyone have suggestions on what i could do to help this. I really appreciate it :-)

    Try tracking your sodium intake for a bit... water weight sucks, and could easily be your problem as most pre-made meals are PACKED with the stuff.
