I had Fire 55 EZ today. Ripped in 30 is a Jillian Michaels workout. I did a sew in now...tryingto do as little damage to my hair as i can.

Hello all! Stretch 40 is the worst! lol i just don't do it...today i had fire 30& tone 30. Later I'm going to try to do ripped in 30. We got snow yesterday but thank God it's melting today. I dislike snow and cold weather...i walk to work also...so its just not fun! Hope everyone enjoys their day!

I'm not really sore but i have that nice reminder of my workouts sometimes when i move a certain way or flex a certain muscle. That oh yea i got my *kitten* kicked during the workout feeling. I like it...means I'm doing my job!

Gm...today was Low HIIT 25 & stretch 10... It was short and low impact but super intense!! I am definitely developing a love/hate relationship with the HIIT workouts. I used to do this work ripped in 30 for some added cardio. I love it...don't b4 scared as long as your moving you pick it up. I have an ft7 and i love it! I got it on Ebay for 63$. you can input your age, height, and weight with it...which will give you a more accurate calorie burn.
