W3D3 done halfway through this workout...my eating has been horrible since last week. I'm trying to get back on track and hoping that i haven't ruined all my hard work with this program.

Welcome cindove! I have a heart rate monitor...so i log my calories by that. I guess you could log it as circuit training, but I'm not sure how accurate it will be! Hope this helps!

I have to take today off too...i was hoping i would be okay to work out again today but I'm not gonna be able to do it....still stiff and on pain but getting better. Hopefully tomorrow i will be back to normal. I never realized how much i enjoy working out until now! Hope everyone is doing great!

I have to take the day off today because I got a neck spasm today and had to get some muscle relaxers....hopefully i will be able to pick up again tomorrow! Glad everyone is getting through It

i just downloaded the book You Are Your Own Gym to my phone...lots of info on bodyweight exercises and it has workout plans as will as nutrition. And it gives you basic exercises and advanced to make it harder as you get more fit!

Day 6.....Week 1 is finally done yay! My left shoulder needs a rest but i am proud to say that i conquered my biggest nemesis today the plank lol...i was able to hold it for the full 30seconds! I will be back tomorrow to weigh in....i hope everyone is dealing as God as i am!!!

Day 4 is done....didn't get as much of a burn as yesterday but i still worked my way through and i feel good!

Day 3 finished! I can definitely tell that i am already getting stronger! I'm using five lb weight also! And Mellie yes i can't wait to firm up that area also

Thanks everyone for the advice! I'm finishing week 1 of month 2 today. I'm going to add some walking for now...i just feel like I'm not getting a hours enough workout sometimes because I can't do a lot of the push up/plank/arm work that's in this month. I'm still unable to hold my body weight and not seeing many results.…
