Yes!!:) I have noticed that as well:) Just to be sure, I just look at the labels. Also, I have noticed a few inaccuracies when I search for a food in the database. Someone had entered it incorrectly--glad I caught that or I would have been done eating for the day and it was only lunchtime!!!:)

Not following the diet; but using it as a guide some days. I am going to make the Qunoa patties.. I can't lose weight on only 1200 calories a day; I tried that and it didn't work. I eat 2000 calories a day and it's been helping.
