Guys who are overly cocky and full of themselves - definite difference between confidence and cockiness. Guys who are rude to the waitress - you can tell a lot about a person based on how they treat waitstaff. Lastly no sense of humor. LOVE someone who can be silly and make me laugh

I love Jazzercise!! I have been going since May of 2010 and cannot imagine my life without it now. I love it...it really doesn't feel like a workout to me because it is so much fun. I agree with the member who said Jazzercise....I have been doing jazzercise since May, and not only am I losing weight but I am getting incredible muscle definition, that I didn't think I would ever see. I go to Jazzercise 5-7 times a week and I burn anywhere from 550 to 700 calories in an hour (I wear a HRM every time I go)....so I would think Zumba would be close to the same numbers (depending on weight of course).
