Surgery is a big deal...my sister had the lap band surgery and it's helped but she can't eat!!! Now I have about 20 pounds to lose but it's still hard but after a few months its getting easier...you'll love this website and these people are very supportive...please add me, I'm on every day!!! I use coffee mate and if im eating right and moving the way im supposed to be moving (which I am on both) then im going to drink my coffee how i like...I only drink one or two cups a day...I used to drink it with milk and sugar and now its just the creamer...so ive cut out some sugar...right? lol Plus, if im not drinking…

I always go over my protein (according to MFP) I try to eat 60% of my weight in grams (140 pounds x.6=84) so I try to hit 84 grams of protein in a day, especially since I have been working out more....
