Butter may have trans fats, but margarine is full of toxins. I'll take butter!

I always rise my ground beef after I drain it. It gets even more of the fat off and still tastes ok.

I'm having trouble eating enough calories every day but I go over in the protein. I know it is important to be sure to use all my calories to keep my metabolism working but is it better to go over by a couple of proteins or under by 400-500 calories? I can't seem to get enough calories without protein. HELP.

I don't have that much to lose anymore, but I did. I lost 80, gained half back and am determined to lose that before I gain it back. Don't look at the total. Look at it in small increments. You can do it!

Does grocery shopping count as walking. I hate it soooo bad, I think it should count as walking!

Try eating more smaller meals but stay within your diet plan. Keep your metabolism working.

I did it! I made it the first day back without a Pepsi. I'm serious here. This is my biggest downfall. While I've been off, I've been able to stick to my diet and fitness plan, no problem. But....having to look at that machine. Day one is gone, now on to day two.

I go back to work today. I've been off six weeks after surgery. Let's see if I can sty away from that Pepsi machine right next to my desk!

Hooray! What a great feeling. I know how that is. It's like when I went from plus sizes to the regular size rack for clothes. Every step down is a victory no matter how small!

I think Jenny Craig works great as long as you continue to eat their food. It's when you stop eating their food that's a problem. This is a lifestyle change. You can do it! Take that step and put one foot in front of the other one day and one pound at a time.

I just joined two days ago. My son is graduating from high school in June and I need to lose 42 pounds. I have a dress I want to wear. I WILL fit into that dress!
