I had the jawbone up and it was a pain to sync it to my phone all the time. I just got the 24 and love that it syncs automatically. I did notice today some battery drainage, but I charge my phone at night so I don't think it would be too big of an issue. I just got mine on Amazon for $75.

I'm 5'5" and I can relate to some of these. Concerts are the worst! You have to be 6' to see anything and I always get the "tall guy" in front of me. And I can't reach the top shelf of my cupboards either. That's what husbands are for. :)

I'm 5'5" and 138 pounds. I'm basically at maintenance but looking to lower my body fat percentage. I lift weights and do cardio at my gym and see a personal trainer once a week but want something at home I can do if I don't get to the gym.

I used to get caramel macchiatos from SB but too sugary and full of calories so if I go now, I get iced coffee, unsweetened, with milk. Still get my coffee fix but like 1/4 of the calories. But in truth I agree with everyone above that its too pricey to frequent often.

Not sure on how much you burn but circuit training: 30 jumping jacks, 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, 30 sec wall sit, 10 burpees, then a 30 second rest. Do that about 3-5 times.
