Borderline GD
Hi everyone, I just had my glucose test and based on my results I look to have borderline GD. Is there anything I can do about it besides watch what I eat and exercise? I have not had a talk with my doctor about it and I didn't fail any of the tests but I want to get in under control even if they say everything is okay.

Filling Food Diary ahead of time
Is it weird to fill out your food diary in the morning for the day? I find that planning my lunch and dinner in the morning is helpful on spacing out my calories for the day. Does anyone else do this? Is there any cons with this approach? Thanks for the tips. :happy:

Keeping on Track during a Vacation
Does anyone have suggestions for keeping on track during a vacation? I'm going to Mexico tomorrow and won't have access to log in my calories and exercise. Does anyone have any tips so that I don't totally mess up the work I've done so far?
