Does anyone have suggestions for keeping on track during a vacation? I'm going to Mexico tomorrow and won't have access to log in my calories and exercise. Does anyone have any tips so that I don't totally mess up the work I've done so far?

Are you staying at a resort or going more local?

The main thing is to just think about portions.

And to move every chance you get - go see everything, especially if there are pyramids to climb or water to swim in!

We will be at a resort. Thanks for the tip on portions, I will keep that in mind.

I'm also bringing work out clothes, so I have no excuse not to spend a few minutes in the gym or running on the beach!

Portion Control and Moderation. Watch the size of your meals, and when you do indulge just moderate yourself. One of the perks of being on Vacation is all the walking you do! Sightseeing, walking on the beach, etc. So take advantage of that! And if you have 10 minutes to spare, do some body weight exercise in your hotel room. Squats, pushups, lunges, jogging in place, etc.

But most of all ENJOY yourself!

    Have fun!:drinker:

Thanks everyone for the tips. I ended up actually losing a pound during my vacation! We were on the fourth floor and we took the stairs and walked and watched our portions. So thank you!
