I'm in the exact same boat so I don't have much to add. But, I do think all of this tips are great. Hard work (weights and core training) and lots of patience are what I lean on a daily basis. We'll get there! :)

It looks like you can measure it both ways. I looked online and they have 2 oz at 190 calories (I'm thinking this is uncooked) and also an option for 1 cup cooked at 228. I would go with the cooked option.

I've been drinking skinny margaritas. 1 tablespoon finely grated lime zest 1 tablespoon kosher salt 1/2 cup fresh lime juice, plus 1 lime wedge 1 cup seltzer or club soda 3/4 cup (6 ounces) tequila 6 tablespoons (3 ounces) Triple Sec or Cointreau Ice It's about 180 calories.
