I broke my left leg and sprained my right one in October. I did sit ups and shadow boxing. The shadow boxing gets your HR up. Take care, you will be back in no time.

I have to say that this is a battle I have every other week. I guess the main thing is that we keep coming back to wanting to lose the weight. When I have a bad day, I just start over the next day. I think the real challenge I face is wanting it and doing something to get it! We will GET IT I am sure!:drinker:

I think it is funny to see how everyone posts that they are the same. I know for me I am totally different. I am so much more fun offline, I also worry that what I type will not be as funny as when I say it. Hats off to all of you who say that you are the same. :drinker:

Make sure you are eating enough calories. I found out last week that I was not eating enough calories. You have to eat your exercise calories too, otherwise your body goes into starvation mode. Don't get frustrated. :)

I hear ya, I am 6'1 and 243 lbs. I feel like a giant next to all of my friends. I have gained 30 lbs in the last 8 months. I am a total stress eater who LOVES food. I am hoping to turn over a new leaf this year. I am hoping to figure out how to redirect my stress. I need a hobby. Good luck to everyone.
