Oh, and all of the above and stay in touch for support! :)

I suggest first of all, find a different doctor. This one is pushing you in the wrong direction and doesn't sound particularly helpful.

I'm just starting again (2/22/17) and I have a total of 110 lbs to lose. I lost 30 lbs last time I used MFP, and really like just planning what I eat and make adjustments to it to meet my calorie goals for the day (1400). I'd love to join too! :)

I watched it once. It was like watching a train wreck - absolutely horrifying, but I couldn't look away.........ew.

To have calves small enough to wear boots. Not stretchy fabric, or elastic inset boots (although I don't fit those either) but to once again wear my black suede, over-the-knee hot boots!

Cheesecake - or bacon.

No I actually was tall and thin when I was a young child. I didn't start having weight issues until I hit puberty, then got my weight under control in college. Unfortunately, I dropped out to get married to someone who no matter what I weighed, it wasn't right - so i got fat because it was easier (and more defiant).

Oh I am sooo hoping my feet get smaller - that's something that they don't tell you when you get pregnant, that your feet will get a size bigger and it didn't go away............... LOL

For years I thought that one of my hips was higher than the other, but didn't have any unusual pain or anything from it - then after I lost weight, I discovered that I had more fat sitting on top of one hip than the other!

Nothing's weird if it motivates you.

Boots, boots, boots. Right now my calves are too big for even the extended calf sizes, so I'm looking forward to wearing boots again

A long time ago, in a weight watchers meeting we had a great leader who said "yesterday was yesterday, emphasis on WAS" once it's gone, don't go back and visit it, just pick up and carry on from here forward" Basically, she said be kind to yourself, and be more forgiving - none of us are perfect or we wouldn't be here.

As long as you stick with the unsweetened variety - it's low calorie, cholesterol free, and has 50% more calcium. And I personally like the flavor more than milk (especially when i mix it with the yoo hoo drink packets for only 5 cal).......
-
That's truly inspiring - thank you for sharing! Congratulations and keep up the great work!

Congratulations - Well Done !!!!!

I did very well on WW back in 1996 when it was based on how many proteins, fats, breads, fruits and veggies. A lot less complicated, and I felt that I was eating better than when it was point based. I also prefer MFP because it is more economical!

I love Jack Links Teriyaki flavor....mmmm But I really miss the teriyaki jerky made by a guy that sold under the name of Moose in the West Kingdom - SCA  (rumored to sell at Denio's in Roseville, CA - but not verified).........
