it probably won't do you any good not unless y'all lift weights while spinning... you work core, back, legs and triceps (from hovering) so wearing weighted gloves won't help ...

You know, last week when I said in one of the forurms that my daily caloric intake was 1200, and I burn 1000-1200 calories a day, but i consume between 1400-1500 calories a day, i got burnt at the stake :( I simply just don't eat my calories back after I do my cardio exercises.... I'm usually hungry and I eat all the time…

I would like to be 145 lbs, and finish a 5K in less than 27 minutes.

if my calories is set for 1240 a day, and I consume about 1400, and i burn 1100... this leaves me about 800 caloires remaining for the day.. it also matters what you eat throughout the day, i don't eat sweets, no soda, no cake, no junk basically... and i drink 8-12 cups of water a day . go look at my journal... you'll see…

I burn 1000-1100 calories a day, and I consume between 1200-1400 a day, and I've lost 7 lbs in 10 days.

it has to be water weight then!! make sure you're really drinking at least 8 full glasses of water so your body won't retain water. good luck!

what supplements are you taking by any chance? and what's on your diet? and are you clothes fitting better? have you started to measure yourself and take before and after pictures? the 2 lbs can simply be water weight.

I meant. I do 1 hour of spinning and an additional 30 minutes of either stairmaster or elliptical and/or running. :tongue:

if your caloric iintake is 1400 a day, you can burn upto 1200-2000 a day, and you'll continue to lose weight. Just make sure that the cardiovascular exercise you're doing gives you a heart rate between 154-164 to burn the fats. You can burn the 1200 calories easy, but what matters is if you're doing it right. mine is set…

You'll be surprised how much your legs will get stronger by doing the squats and lunges, and once your legs are strong enough, you can do the wallsit (that's the hardest part), then you'll be able to do the sit ups. make each sit up count. Good luck!
