Wow so many keyboard warriors on here. Lets get a few things straight I simply expressed my annoyance on what I seen and overheard at my gym yesterday therefore I shared my view on here.. Now please all jump back of the bandwagon as I do not judge people who go to the gym, I applaud all people who go the the gym to work…

Agree! Such a waste of make up, after I have finished it would be half way down my face anyway.. The tomato face, hair wet, sweat dripping is the look I roll with at the gym ha ha

It is tempting I know I have been there but the bottom line is short cuts don't work.. Exercise and eating reasonable well does.. Unfortunately it isn't easy and is called working out for a reason.. But worth it.
