well I want to stay at 2200 but for instance today I ate a turkey burger 4 Bob Evans turkey sausage patties 390 cal TV dinner 5 scoops of peanut butter 2 cans of vernors ginger ale 1 bottle of glaceau vitamin water tons of regular water and that's it.
