Hey guys a little reassurance maybe
ok so far my diet has been good no junk just lean meat veggies eggs and water.
im just not sure my cardio and lifting will move the scale I do no less than 40 minutes of cardio on lifting off days or that's how I will run my routine, on lifting days which 2 days a week im running Jason dbs 5x5 I follow up lifting with 30 minutes of cardio.im just unsure that this will get the job done,the first weeks of a good diet and movement you should drop tons right im just waiting for that big moment maybe im to impatient will 40 minutes cut it and lifting 2 days a week work?
just you guys opinion?

well I want to stay at 2200 but for instance today I ate a turkey burger 4 Bob Evans turkey sausage patties 390 cal TV dinner 5 scoops of peanut butter 2 cans of vernors ginger ale 1 bottle of glaceau vitamin water tons of regular water and that's it.0

carbs dont make you fat... there is no need to not eat them
you dont need to do cardio on strength days
where was the fruit and veg yesterday!?0 -
your right didn't get veggies yesterday day but others I have, so will a good cut and this routine work?0
