@msarobix , The weight gain was a side effect of a medication I was taking. I was taken off of the medication and exercised 6 days a week. My bathroom scale started doing the same thippund differrnce.I weigh myself once a week the scale varies maybe 2-4lbs. This week. the scale says I gained 10 pounds. Don't give up. I would give snacks like almonds, grapes, and carrots. If you go over your calories one day, just start fresh the next day. Make sure you drink more water to fill up quicker. Stay out of the kitchen and get out of the house.
