Muscle ways more than fat! Not sure if that's a myth or not, but there is a point to it.

True, but if my exercise for a day (lets say 3 times a week) is 400 cals burnt, am I meant to have 400 cals extra on those 3 days? That's like a whole new meal !

Exercise wise, it depends what the pain is really! If it's acheyness, that's fine really.. means that it's working! As for how long, depends on the person... if I'm working out, it's no more than 30-45 minutes (unless I'm playing football)

Just keep strong and make sure you log everything.. if you're eating unhealthy, it'll be there for you to see on MFP! :)

Wow, that wasn't the Dronfield one was it? I ran in 1 hour 12 seconds! Actually, I didn't realise there were more like 6.2 miles in 10k, that's a faster run than I realised! Problem is I listen to music on my phone, but I've upgraded to one that doesn't fit in my holder thingy. I always found it a bit annoying and fiddley to be honest. I like the idea of running to the beat though!

That looks excellent (and doable!), thank you! My aim is to shave 5 minutes off last time, not sure if that's going to be tough.. problem is that I have no way of timing myself until the day (running with pacesetters really helps). Should get myself a watch really..

Like others say, try see the positives... you ARE losing weight, and more will be lost over time. You're also eating healthier than before (I imagine?) so there will be non-visable effects too which are good! I've scanned your diary and my only advice (or what worked for me 2 years ago) was to try and stick to the AM/PM…
