In total, I have lost 21lb in the past year or so, the last 10 of them through using MFP.

BF of 2.5 years and I had had a slightly lacking love life for a while, but it's revived big time in the last few weeks! He says it's because I am more confident and that's attractive, but I'm kinda thinking that for a while there he just wasn't attracted to me cos I was fat, even though he says that isn't the case!

    Hmmm, I don't know, confidence is definitely sexy! Hard to say without knowing the guy... if you've been with him a long time, I'd hope you can trust what he says :)
